Veranda Office Building Update
Progress continues at the Veranda Office Building in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
We are very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship on this project, including the exterior EIFS system and storefront installation.
This 60,000 SF project is on schedule to be completed in June 2018.
The exterior EIFS installation is continuing, with roughly 50% of the building completed. Installation of the exterior storefront is underway, including interior stud walls, elevator, and MEP rough-in.
