New Projects Underway for Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Moducomm Construction

(Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) Moducomm Construction is pleased to announce details for two new design-build projects valued over $4MM.

Starting early August 2017, Moducomm Construction will begin construction to Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery’s 5000 SF Ponte Vedra office.

Construction consists of renovation to Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery’s existing building to accommodate a plastic surgery office, including proper space for a procedure room, operating room, and post-operation recovery space.

Located in Elkton, FL, Moducomm Construction recently began work for a design-build project for MAS HVAC’s new 32,400 SF manufacturing facility which will be located off of SR-207.

Included in the project is a 3,000 SF office, 29,000 SF of manufacturing and shipping area for MAS HVAC's new equipment manufacturing. This facility will house MAS HVAC's thermal storage and fan array manufacturing areas, including overhead crane rails, shipping and receiving areas.

Design for the project is currently underway, with site permits being complete in 60 days. Anticipated completion date for the facility is early 2018. Total Value of the project is $3.5MM.
