Moducomm Construction wins $2MM Construction Management Project for Innovative Construction Group

(Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) Moducomm Construction will be providing construction management services for a new office and warehouse facility for local framing contractor, Innovative Construction group.

Construction consists of one 8,200 SF office building and one 9,400 SF warehouse. Also included is one 10,000 SF building for wall panel production. Additionally, construction will take place for material laydown storage and service vehicle parking for the ICG/BCS fleet.

Total value for the project is $2MM
