Moducomm Construction Completes Montoya & Associates Office Headquarters

(Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) Moducomm Construction has completed the 19,500 SF Ground-up two story Montoya & Associates Office Building, near Mayo Clinic.

Sitework for the office building took place in June 2016. The project scope included all site work, interior build out on both floors, shell construction, and high-end finishes. One exciting feature of this new office building is the space dedicated to business professionals in the community to come and utilize the space as they please. “This is a space that brings clients, community, and vendor partners together, inspiring innovation and collaborative efforts” stated Will Montoya.

Total project value was approximately $3.5 million.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, February 23rd at 5:30 PM.
