Moducomm Construction Breaking Ground on Anheuser Busch's New Metal Container Corporation Facili

(Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) Moducomm Construction is pleased to announce details for new office build-out for Anheuser Busch's new 5,400 SF addition to their Metal Container Corporation facility at 1100 Ellis Road North. The project scope includes selective demolition to the existing building, storefront window and door systems, metal framing and drywall, painting, and ceramic tile installations. The addition includes expansions to Anheuser Bush’s locker room facilities, patio and BBQ area, entry vestibules, and general office spaces. “We are working closely with the plant to ensure there are no interruptions to their operations,” stated Chris Taylor, President at Moducomm Construction.

Total value for this project is $500K. Construction is underway with the project scheduled for completion early 2017.
