Jimmy Hulas Oakleaf Town Center Project Updates

(Ponte Vedra Beach, FL) Moducomm Construction is pleased to announce updates for their new ground - up interior build-out for Jimmy Hula’s new restaurant coming to Oakleaf Town Center. This restaurant will be part of a 5,800 SF retail building constructed that will allow for two other future tenants.

Construction will begin in December with an expected completion in early 2017. Total value for the project is approximately $1.0MM.
