Moducomm Construction Building Jimmy Hula’s Restaurant and Retail Shell in Oakleaf Town Center

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL Moducomm Construction is pleased to announce a new ground-up, interior build-out for Jimmy Hula’s new restaurant coming to the Oakleaf Town Center. The restaurant will be a part of a 5,800 SF retail building being constructed that will allow for two other future tenants.

Jimmy Hula’s is a beach style surf shack, fast causal restaurant concept that started in Winter Park back in 2011. The menu focuses on flavors, fresh and vibrant ingredients, and value oriented foods combined to form what they call, “food nirvana.” “Sitework for the Jimmy Hula’s Restaurant is scheduled to begin in December of this year, with an expected completion in early 2017,” stated Chris Taylor, President of Moducomm Construction. The total value for the project is approximately $1.0MM.
